How are you going? I finally found a protein I like! I was a little worried about that since we are knocking on surgeries door! Mine is at 8:30 AM! Hope all goes well for you and you are doing good!
I wont kid you , this has been hard for me. I have really been hungry. I think it's better today though. Just 5 more days though!! And I have lost 5 1/2 woo hoo!!!
I only have to do a one day liquid diet. Seems like it would be better to have to do a whole week but I'm not complaining. Lol
So how are you so far? I'm feeling OK but that's all I can say :-)
