liquid diet

I bought the stuff to start my liquid diet on Wednesday.I am lucky in that my surgeon only does a 1 week liquid diet. So I start the liquid diet this Wednesday and I will be having surgery next Wednesday!!!! ACK!!!!!! It just got real!  I am excited and nervous at the same time.

Good luck!!  I just started today and I hope I can stay on track. I have to keep reminding myself that I'm less than 7 days out.

I only have to do a one day liquid diet. Seems like it would be better to have to do a whole week but I'm not complaining. Lol

I wont kid you , this has been hard for me. I have really been hungry. I think it's better today though. Just 5 more days though!! And I have lost 5 1/2   woo hoo!!!

My surgery is on Christmas Eve and this pre--op diet is hard in hungry and all the water im drinking to sike myself has me constantly running to the rest room I have 9 more days of this and its hard the bright side is that its not a liquid diet I have 2 lean cusines a day 2 protein shake a piece of fruit and a sugar free snack and im still hungry
