I am on the exact diet! but I also get low fat cream based soups which make for a perfect dinner.

I have a very mild headache, unable to really concentrate - all b/c of the lack of food - but it's a sacrafice I'm willing to make - and totally worth it.

I kid about wanting some real food but when faced with it - I really don't - my friends and family are being really supportive - which helps so much!

So I heard day 3 was the magical day and it gets easier after it - is day 4 any easier for you?

I'm on a special liquid diet - day 3 of it - all I get is protein shakes, yogurt and soup - what about you?

I got sleeved on the 12th! I'd love to hear how you're doing. I'm struggling!

Not yet I am just waiting for them to call me with an appointment.  I am guessing that it will be next week.  What really has me worried is the liquid diet.  I hope I can do it and not break it.  I don't want to do anything that might keep me from having the surgery but go****hink it will be hard.  Have you had your pre op testing done? 

Hopefully we will both be ringing in the new year with our new sleeve!  Keep in touch and we can do this!
