December 28th

 My surgery date is December 28th. Getting nervous, need some prayers thanks.

My surgery is also on Dec. 28...I'm very nervous too but prayerfully we'll be just fine!

 Just had my pre op testing today. My h and p is next Tuesday.

Me too!!! :) I am also excited and nervous. My file went to insurance on friday and i am impatiently waiting to hear back from them. Can i add you so we can keep in touch and compare notes?

 Sure!! That is cool. I hope the insurance stuff goes through!!

Hi Sharnell, my surgery is also scheduled for Dec 28th, we can do this together!  All my prayers and best wishes will be sent your way on that day!

Not yet I am just waiting for them to call me with an appointment.  I am guessing that it will be next week.  What really has me worried is the liquid diet.  I hope I can do it and not break it.  I don't want to do anything that might keep me from having the surgery but go****hink it will be hard.  Have you had your pre op testing done? 

Hopefully we will both be ringing in the new year with our new sleeve!  Keep in touch and we can do this!

 You will be fine!! My doc does not require the liquid diet thank god!!

The liquid diet isn't too bad as long as you keep your end goal in mind! I'm on day 4 of a 2 week pre-op diet and my best advice to you is to stretch your food out through out the day - don't eat more than 1 item at once...
