I am going to try that protein. Good idea! I LOVE ice tea so maybe I can do that. I haven't been the best on my protein intake.

If you are having trouble with liquids, then it is probably not a procedural issue. You may have a stricture. If you have been hospitalized for dehydration, you are candidate for dialation of your stoma.

Hi....everyone. I didn't even know this forum was here=) I'm Rhietta.....had RNY in December.....started at 225 day of surger....right now at 5.5 months out....I'm down 51lbs.....very slow frustrated loser...but I'm losing.....

I am doing great and feeling great . I had my RNY on Dec 21 and I am losing weight steady but I am loving where I am at now. I started at 243 I am now at 182 and I am ok with that . I was wearing 24 but now I am in 18 with room . HOORAY !!!! I still have more to lose but I can final see the difference

You are doing great losing your weight. I had surgery that same day but only lost 60 or so pounds, but my hair is comimg out at a large rate. I havent been very good at taking my protein or vit. I need to get back on track . Once again great job on your weight lose.
