Surgery 12/08/2010.. Doing great I have trouble getting the protein in some days. I started 06/2010 on my journey to loose weight with the nut weighed 249 pounds. Today I stand here after surgery exercising when I can get it in and I weight 185! Man does it feel good to see myself in these small clothes again in my life!
I had lap RNY on 12/9/10. As of this morning I have lost 83.4 lbs. I have a lot more energy. I have been getting in all my protein. 60-100 grams a day. I have been getting in my water. for the most part. I am trying to exercise more but it has been hard. I did about 10 flights of stairs the other day and then I was too sore to do anything for like 3 or 4 days. How do I not over do it on 1 work out so I can work out more?
I am doing great and feeling great . I had my RNY on Dec 21 and I am losing weight steady but I am loving where I am at now. I started at 243 I am now at 182 and I am ok with that . I was wearing 24 but now I am in 18 with room . HOORAY !!!! I still have more to lose but I can final see the difference
I had Roux en Y on 12-13-10. I was 268 prior to surgery and 208.6 today! (Down 59.4 pounds!!) I feel GREAT and am excercising a lot. I have a bit of loose skin on my upper arms & stomach, but everything else is looking great!
I've only had one case of dumping (my fault), and overall feel good. I can eat most anything, but regular cheese (not lowfat) can give me some heartburn.
