Got room for another one?

Hi all...wanted to join in on the December 2009 board, cause I got my date!!!! I'm set for December 7, and I cannot be more excited!

I'm a 42 year old stay at home wife and mother of 2 (11 & 8). I've been struggling with my weight for pretty much all of my adult life. I have bottomed out at 265 and can't wait for my surgery. I've tried LA Weight Loss, Jenny Craig, Weigh****chers, Slim Fast...you name it! I joined a gym and GAINED weight! I have pretty much not been able to lose 5 pounds in the past year...and I barely eat a thing.

So...making a long story short, I am all ready for my surgery, and hoping for HUGE success! I'm looking to connect with others who are going through the same things that I am, and anyone in the Pittsburgh area.

Oh...I'm having RNY with Dr. Carol McCloskey at Magee Women's Hospital.
