That's a GREAT wow moment! I'll have to take note next time I climb quite a few stairs if I'm winded, or less winded than before surgery.  When a meeting was on an upper floor at work, I would always head that direction 5 minutes early so I could get up the stairs and into a bathroom to huff and puff and calm my breathing down. Going straight to a conference room right after the stairs, I would be SO humiliated.  Congrats!!

OMG
That is awesome

Is that since your surgery or including what you lost pre-op?

I am down 44 since surgery.  Need new clothes badly !!!   I have hit 2 plateau's already.  Those stink.   I am off blood pressure meds, fluid pills and cholesterol meds.  And, I joined a GYM  (Cederdale).  So far just getting to learn the machines but I walk in the pool for 45 minutes.

Best decision I ever made......again, congrats to YOU !!!

I stalled for about 3 weeks.  I am post-menopausal, so weight loss is not steady,  However, weight loss is happening.

I was 263 the day of surgery on 12-22-08 and 235 today.  I am over 80 pounds down since September.

Hang in there.

Ok.. seriously.. I"m still laughing here.  Tom, you're too funny!!  Just think of those gargantuan panties in Deuce Bigolo Male Gigolo.. I'm pretty sure that was the movie anyhow.

Glad I got a good laugh today.  Sorry for the TMI up there!  lol

Hey, really glad to hear that you are doing well, 70 lbs,  congrats!
I am doing well, still adjusting to the new things weekly, like clothes that actually fall off, lol! I have lost 54 lbs and lots of inches.I  feel better and I am looking forward to exercising soon, for now I walk. Still having problems with the protein intake, can't find a shake I can drink. I got a bunch of recipes and I am making one tonite.
hugs,
Brenda

18!  Rock on!! That's awesome.  I haven't tried on any other sizes yet.  My clothes are definitely getting looser.. though I've noticed the biggest change. .in all places.. in my underwear!  They are flippin' huge now!  Too funny!

I'm avoiding trying new sizes on because I'll want to use it as an excuse to buy a whole new wardrobe!!  LOL  And heaven knows I can NOT afford to do that!

I'm so happy for your new size!  Keep up the great work!
