I, too, was in a size 24 n surgery day. I don't think I'm anywhere near an 18 yet, but I'm getting there! I KNOW I'm not in a large top! LOL Still too much going on up there for a large!
By the way.. I simply LOVE your haircut! That is so cute! Do you have vey thick hair? Mine is super duper fine and bone straight. Makes it tough to find a good style that's easy to take care of!

Thank you for the kind words! The encouragement on here has been amazing! Even when I've slipped and made bad choices, everyone here has been there to help me pick up the pieces and get back on track!

I'm just starting to notice that my rings are looser. I can now, nearly always, get my wedding ring off my hand when I need to. That hasn't happened in nearly 6 years!!! I have no idea what ring size I was or am.. but am excited to hear that your's has gone down!!

I had forgotten that you committed to staying off the scale for the month! I am SO proud of you! I know that I could not do it! It has become my way of starting the day and my own mental reminder to make sure I make good choices during the day. I haven't gotten too discouraged when I see a gain.. usually that's my sign that my friend is going to visit! lol
I can't wait to hear your update on Saturday! Maybe we should start a net poll!! lol I bet you're going to be ecstatic! Be sure to post your results as soon as you know them. We'll all celebrate with you!

I left the hospital at 279 lbs and I weighed in this morning at 204 I know alot of it was fluid from the surgery but I went in the hospital weighing 269-270 but like you said those plateau's stink I would love to join cederdale but $$$ is tight so I joined WOW in Methuen and I think I need a pt but maybe cederdale in the summer I hope now that I am back to work after 2 months things will get better !!! well congrats on the 44
