I am so happy for you!! my wedding anniversary is coming up this April and I do the same thing every year it has been almost 6 years since my husband passed away from a massive heart attack and I think I will do the same go shopping and celebrate, It is always a hard time for me and especially for my 18 year old daughter because it was around her birthday that he died and we had to bury him on her birthday so I know she does the same thing....but enough of the sad moments lets be happy for the tears of joy and I am waiting for the last 2 pounds so I can hit onederland too !!! you keep up the great work !!

Wow that sucks that you have a problem with chicken i love chicken too. Fortunately i haven't had a problem with pretty much any food. The bright side is they say even if it doesn't sit well now you can try it again and be ok so i hope that happens for you.

Oh em gee!! lol I am so proud and incredibly happy for you!! I am also SO Very glad to hear that you shed tears today but because of JOY and not sadness! I am sorry to hear of your tremendous loss but know that your hubby is looking down and saying, "You go girl!"

I took today off as this weekend would have been my wedding anniversary to my husband who died of cancer 8 1/2 yrs ago. It is always a very emotional and hard time.
SO.. I decided to go shopping to distract myself. While browsing the sales rack I saw the cutest jeans, a pair of Too Superlow Levi's 524 jeans. They were a size 13 jr, so along with all the 16's & 18's I had picked out to try on I took the 13's too. OMG THE 13's FIT! I was standing in the dressing room bawling my eyes out .
I went to pay for them and the clerk said she had no clue where the jeans came from cause they don't carry Levi's jeans in Jr's but these were!! I got them for $24!!
I get home, strip down then step on the scales.. 199.2!! OMG I am finally in ONEDERLAND!! First time in over 20 yrs!!
Friday the 13th.. SUCH A LUCKY DAY FOR ME!

When I met with my Nut. she said many, many people have problems with chicken after surgery. While it's low in calories/fat, it's a very dense protein. I have trouble with it from time to time.
