It must be. You should join us one time. Have you ever been? I know it is a long way to travel. heck, I don't even make the support group there in Wilmington because of the drive. I wish they had a Saturday support meeting.

hello Rob,
Things are going good for me. I have lost 68 pounds and my BMI is 39.0 which makes me obese, I started at 288 and a BMI of 51 super obese. I actually got into a size 16 jeans and I think that a 14 may fit, going shopping this weekend! Life is good, how are you doing?

I've been really good about tracking my food on www.dailyplate.com , and come up with an average of 800 calories a day and 60 protein. My days really fluctuate though, some days 600, some 1000. I think I will try to be dilagent about protein amounts for one week and see what happens.

Kristy,
I truly believe that protein shakes and liquid are the key. Try it for a week and see if you notice a difference. I bet you will.
I agree sometimes it is hard to be motivated to exercise, I started out doing 15-20 minutes but as the weight has come off it has been easier to do more. My NUT said just increase it by 5 minutes at a time. Over time you will be up to doing more.
What is an average day for you now with protein and foods?

Congratulations! It must be all that positive thinking! ;) I was looking at some of the pictures from your monthly trips to Logan's with the OH girls, and I can tell a huge difference! You are doing great, and I know you'll be there before you know it! Keep up the great work!

I am sick with a sinus infection, but happy that when I saw my family doc today for meds I had to weigh myself and I was down about 10 more pounds in 2 weeks or so. This is the happiest I have felt being sick! LOL I still have a LONG way to go, but I can already breathe better, walk better, stand better and am beginning to care what I look like again.
Now if I just had some cartilage in my knees! When I get to goal weight I'm going to get some new knees and then everything will be great.
