Congratulations on getting 1/2 way there, that's awesome. Makes getting to the end seem not quite so far off, don't you think? It will be so nice to see the pounds lost on my ticker exceed the number of pounds to go.

Topic: Half way there

Went for my 3 month delayed check up. I am 287.5 which makes me half way to losing 140 lbs.

Everything is going good with the blood work. I don't have to take the Pepcid anymore, unless I get reflux back.

Hope all is well with everybody.

I havent been tracking since surgery. But just before my liquid diet, Im down almost 80 since then I think. But lots and lots of inches since surgery. 6 pants sizes, 3 bra sizes, lol. All the good stuff. But with that comes the bad!

Hey all! I have lost 70lbs since surgery and 90lbs at highest weight which was 3 weeks prior surgery....still have 130 to go...Good job everyone!! We are all doing so great!!
