Okay December surgery peeps...We are all around 4 months out...or soon will be...
1. How is the weight loss coming? 81lbs since surgery 101lbs since highest weight
2. How is the eating? I can tolerate most foods and it is great..
3. How are you feeling? depends on the day lol
4. What size have you gone from? 28/30 to a 24 almost 22
5. Any regrets? That I didn't do this sooner!!

5. Any regrets? None that I can think of.

2. How is the eating? Eating is ok. I tolerate most things, I really haven't been to adventurous and stick to what my doc says I should be eating at this time. I haven;t dumped mainly because I am to scared to try stuff I know I shouldn't have. I don't want to test the waters. Mainly, fish and chicken.
3. How are you feeling? I feel absolutely wonderful! I love being able to walk between 3-6 miles a day without feeling tired and zumba is my new best friend.
4. What size have yoI u gone from? 24/26 to as low as a 8/10 in workout clothes but I wear 10's, 12's and 14's (due to my hips) mainly depending on the cut.
5. Any regrets? Not a single one! I wish I had did this three years ago when I first wanted to.

I had:
Soy Protein shake for breakfast
Powercrunch Peanut Butter bar for snack
Wrap ( not the whole thing) 2 slices of turkey, hummus and lettuce and tomato
Dinner is going to be left over Veal with eggplant from Sunday Dinner out ( one restaurant portion I used to finish in one sitting and have room for dessert, now 2 thirds come home with me and I fini**** in three or four sittings)
Snack - either Murry's Sugar free lemon cookies or half cup of no sugar added ice cream (Love it)
1. How is the weight loss coming? 93 pounds
2. How is the eating? I have some problems with meat like chicken or pork. Love fish salmon and salad are my friend. Soy protein shake every morning and i love, love. love Power crunch bars (peanut butter or peanut butter fudge)
3. How are you feeling? Haven't felt this good in a long time. Wanting to do lots of stuff and having the energy to do it. People are complimenting me all the time, I like the attention, for the most part
4. What size have you gone from? Size 52 pants to Size 46, 3XL shirt to 2XL or XL
5. Any regrets? I wish I would have done this 10 years ago.
