I feel fantastic and am loving every new change!  The energy I have and the fact that I am now the active and happy mother my family needed and deserved.  Shoot it's what I deserved and I am just ecstatic. We are only 5 months in and the changes in every way are phenomenal.

*How much weight have you lost since surgery? 92 pounds

*Have you hit any stalls this far out? How long did it last?  I really haven't stalled much, instead my loss seems to slow down  but I still lose and then one week out of the month I
have alot of pounds drop.  I guess I can't complain because I am still losing either way and it still averages out to a decent # for the month.

*Do you exercise if so how often?
I do Zumba &Yoga 3x a week (back to back class), fast walk/jog 3-6 miles 5X a week, and lift weights 3X a week.  I also do the Billy Blank Bootcamp dvd's or Shimmy from Fit tv if I miss a class.
My goal 135; current 132;  pre-op highest 285; I have lost more than I weigh...  I my RNY!

Congrats!  I know it is a "onderul" feeling.  I am still floating from my own.

Congrats on your success this far, Jill!!! Funny you want a treadmill and I have one and I rather walk outside. LOL

Stalls are very frustrating!!!

Slow Loser Jill checking in!!!

57 pounds lost

I stall for 2 out of 4 weeks a month.  Frustrating to say the least.

I walk a mile everyday but don't belong to a gym.  I want a treadmill as it's getting super hot outside.  No weights.

I get in those stalls too, increase your water and remember you have to eat to loose. You are probably losing inches instead of weight. Good luck!

I received good news...my leak has healed and all looks good...except for one wound that has not healed yet (since January). I will have to have surgery to correct it in July. Down 46 lbs (surgery date 12/16/08). Slow and steady loss,

We had surgery about the same time.  When I have a stall, I just keep going to the GYM and feel the inches go.   These stalls happen to keep us on trak.  Go back to protein-water-protein-water.  I enjoy suger-free popsicles too, my little treat.  Things Will change.....hang in there.
