Congrats on the weight loss!! I am terribly sorry about your problems. I know you must be frustrated when nothing can be found. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I hope they find out what is wrong soon.

Big hugs coming your way!

I have been having 2 week stalls since the third month.  In the beginning it bothered me alot but now I realize that it is just me.  I definitely increase my fluid intake when this happens and I increase my protein a little bit and try to change my menu.  This usually works by "shocking" my system back to reality.  But the days of me having a 5 pound weight loss a week have ended.  I average about 2 pounds a week and then have a 2 week stall.  My nut says it is how I am.

So I understand how you feel cause even though I knew it happened to everyone, I didn't want it to happen to me!  It will be ok.  Good luck.

I am Dec. 4th but I didn't get to post then so I will jump in here.  I started out with a bang but find that I am really slowing down.  I am down 77 pounds.

Have stalls every 2 weeks without fail since the third month.

I exercise every day...4 days of weights and 6 - 7 of swimming.

Have something going on with my pouch.  don't know wha yet.  Went to the surgeon and he did an Upper Gi. Didn't find anything.

Congrats on your loss thus far!!!

*How much weight have you lost since surgery? 82
*Have you hit any stalls this far out? How long did it last? I try to weigh in EVERY Sunday but sometimes I sneak a weigh in, but I have not had any real stalls lately...I normally lose 2-3 lbs but last week I lost 5 I think.
*Do you exercise if so how often?
I justed started exercising, using my treadmill at least 4 times per week and I use my 3 lbs weights while on it.

Trying to reach onederland no later than July 1st (199) and 100 lbs lost by July 15th (194)
