You are doing great... Most of us started at more than or close to 300...When my friend and I did LA weight loss I started at 278 and she started at 185 and I went down to 208 and she went down to about 153 and we did this in about 7 months...I lost 70 (gained back more..lol) and she lost about 32 lbs and kept it off... Be positive and give it your best.

I am so happy for those of you that have lost so much weight. I still lag behind due to my leak (surgery date Dec. 16). I have lost 47 lbs. I continue to go to the gym and walk. I have not given up on this journey yet. I just wish that I had numbers like many of you. I went to support group tonight and left feeling like I do right now...sad and lagging behind. I have  28 lbs to go....so that really doesn't sound too bad. Start 190.... now...143....goal 115.

Thanks and congrats to you too!  Yes, I try to be as active as possible now that my knees and hips don't hurt anymore when I move around I am enjoying getting out ther and trying new things.  I use to use food to relieve stress and now exercise.  I am loving that the pain is gone and I can do this now. My chest still hurts when exercising but nothing that a few ace bandages doesn't fix.

Hey Everyone,
I am down 75 pounds. I feel like it should be more but I struggle with getting in enough calories. I am a vegetarian, so I do nectar once a day, then beans and tofu, yougurt(greek), balance bars. I am able to eat sald now so I am in heaven. I have not tried rice but am wondering if I will be able to tolerate quiona and millet. I think that I lose more when I am less careful with my calories. I do yoga 2x a week and try to walk 5 days a week. I am glad we are all doing so well.
My mom is having RNY monday the 18th, so think good thoughts for her.

Congrats to all of us
WOW has it been 5 months, kewl
I'm living life as I never have before.
Not done my weekly weigh in yet [Sunday's are my day] but I was down 72lbs as of last week
Loving being able to steal hubby's fleece jacket lol
Stalls so far for me are a way of my body saying it needs a little more time to get used to things.
I try to do the gym 3 times a week and don't lazy around in front of the TV as much anymore.
Too much to do with tonnes of energy to do it
