Sounds like you are doing great!  Congrats!
I'm living life and loving it!  I will be 6 months on the 16th!  I love to shop for clothes now!  I climbed a mountain trail in Colorado and I look and feel like a woman!  I love the way I feel.  I hope this feeling continues and grows!

Finally, the stall has lifted a bit and the scale moved.  I am down 101 lbs as of today!  Now, if I can only figure out how to get a century card I will be good.

Wow today is my six month surgiversay, and guess what!!??!!  I'm no longer obese...now i'm overweight...can't wait to see normal BMI !!!!!

Please don't beat yourself up too much. You recognize your mistakes, now as one of my favorite songs go.  We fall down, but we get up... Just be more prepared with healthy foods because once we get hungry our rational mind and will power leave us...HUGS

Congratulations surgery day twin...YAY!!!!!! Us.  Now how do we celebrate us being losers 6 months straight?  Shopping sounds good, But not too much we are still going to be LOSERS!!!

I could not have said it better myself.  It is the snack monster who is keeping us from losing more weight.  He must be slayed like an evil dragon.  Or something like that.  Just try, for one day, to not have any white bread or evil carbs like that.  If you can get though one day, that's good! If you can't, it's an addiction.  Just my 2 cents.  I have lost only 62lbs and am coming up on 6 months myself.  I should have lost 75 by now.  But I'm not as good as I could be.

     Well,  I can't believe it has been 6 months.  This journey has been great so far.  My personal goal was to lose 75 by today and I has made that.    

How is everyone about to hit 6 months doing????   Lets keep it going and have December the best month to have surgery. 

Congrats to all of you and let the journey continue............

I say start walking for small stints right now, and before you know if you will build up to 30 minutes, 60 minutes, etc. Exercise releases those "feel good horomones" known as endorphins which naturally make you happy. If you can walk outside, soak up some Vitamin D from the sun and get double your happy dose for the day! I belong to a gym and I love to do classes... yoga, Zumba, pilates, and spinning are some of the options out there. For me, it is important to find an exercise that encompasses my natural talents- I am flexible, so yoga is a natural fit for me, and I love to dance, so Zumba is a great fit too! There is something out there for everybody... including you! You deserve it, go ahead and treat yourself to a double scoop of fitness!
