Topic: RE: How much are you eating?
For me, it depends on what it is. Protein wise, I am stuffed at 4oz over a 30 minute time period for meals. With a little less, I usually can add in an ounce or two of veggies and maybe a rye cracker. I have to be mindful to not dish up more than 4oz of any food at a time, and pay attention to my satiety- mindless eating is what got so many of us where we were in the first place.

I can relate to what you've been through, too. I'm glad to see that my hair loss has slowed down- it seemed to peak right around 4 months. I didn't do anything different, just tried to stay in game with my vitamins and protein. I can eat more too- 4-6oz over a 30 minute meal period. I'm still very careful about measuring everything, and being mindful of not taking too much or eating beyond satiety.
The stalls are killer! I like to weigh in regularly and I've noticed that a change in rigorous cardio usually breaks a stall for me. For months I was doing Zumba (think Latin dance aerobics), felt my body plateau, so I moved on to running, and now I am training for a triathalon so swimming, biking, and running are in my game plan for cardio over the next few months (and maybe more!). I like working towards a big goal so there's no reason to lose the motivation to continue the routine (aside from the motivation of a hot body LOL).
You can do it! This board is just great for giving us all the kick in the pants we need... hope you are back on track... and don't forget to
celebrate your accomplishments thus far!

Depending on what it is like soup or soupy Wendy's chili I can eat alot...Like a whole small chili if its watery. Just meat alone 4 oz today I had appx 3 oz of steak could have actually ate the last ounce but I didn't want to press my luck. I just started eating steak so I really wanted to be careful.

Topic: RE: Our 6 months is here!!
My 6 months was on Wednesday the 10th,
I am down 85lbs and I feel Great Mentally and physically! Everyone in my life has been so supportive and I am so thankful for that. I do have rare days that I eat things I should not be eating and then I have days where I have to force my self to eat something. The one thing that Keeps me motivated are my support group meetings, I can not stress enough how important these meetings are. A big accomplishment for me is On May 30th I did a 24 hour walk for the American Cancer society and I walked over 20 miles.
You all look great!
Keep up the good work!!!
