WOW, 101 lbs. that's amazing. I have only lost 88 lbs. I guess I shouldn't say only, I am very happy about that, but I have been in a stall for over 3 weeks again and it is so frustrating.  But I know that this too shall pass.  Best of luck with the appetite thing, I am going through that too and  I want to snack all the time. If you find out what to do, please let me know. Hey we had our surgerys on the same day. Were surgery twins, LOL.  Well best of luck to you and congrats again on the great wt loss.

I guess it is our lucky month!  Now my next goal is 150 lbs.  Then I will work on goal weight.  Woot woot!

2. rye cracker with whipped cream cheese and fresh basil
3. Genisoy chips
4. Trader Joes Sweet Potato Chips with hummus
5. sugar free popsicles
6. fruit (strawberries and grapes at the moment)

I have to admit that I got on the scale today.  I usually only do it on Monday or Tuesday.  Well, I got to thinking about how you said that your weight went up a tad.  I started freaking out thinking that I was in my 100's but really I was probably in the 200's.  So, I got on and Whew!  What a relief.  It was 8 oz less than before.  I wi**** would have been lbs but I will take ozs.  I will try not to let the number of the scale take me over.   I too get obsessed.  That is why I only weigh once a week.  If my weight went up I would actually get depressed.  I had to stop doing that to myself.
