I am also noticing a bad pattern starting. I am getting discouraged by the stalls that I am now experiencing all the time. I am also not making the best food choices. I think we all need to step it up and get our butts back on track if we feel like we are falling off.

And to think that I was actually cute in this picture...
this is at my highest at 342 about 3 weeks before surgery.

This was me at about 2 months out roughly..

This is me in my favorite shirt before surgery..

Not sure when this was taken but this was my fav shirt before surgery. Thought it was funny trying it on again.

This was taken about 2 weeks ago...down 106 lbs

My doctor was shocked at how much weight I have lost  also. down to 115 which is lower than he would like I am only 5ft so i am still in my ideal weight range but he would like me to put on 5lbs. which i am okay with but am having a hard time increasing my calories. My surgeon and program suggest waiting 2 years before having plastic surgery but we are saving for a least a boob job if not a tummy tuck also.

Thanks you guys! For anyone experiencing a stall, I just upped my protein from 70 to 120 (also training for a triathlon) and the scales are back to moving daily again. Fun fun!

well we all tend to fall into this type of 'rut' just remember why you had the wls.and realize if you dont get back on track you will have to deal with the same stuff you dealt with at your heavy wt. its easy to gain the wt back & i know you dont wanna do that. so maybe my response will help to get you back on track, a freind of mine had this prob & has gained back 50 lbs good luck & i hope all works good

So 6/30 was my 6 month anniversary! So far I’ve lost 118lbs, my BMI went from 47.5 to 30! I feel great, and I’m doing things I have never done before... including training for a triathlon coming up this Fall! It is so weird to hear people say, "Oh she’s skinny now!" but I’m slowly getting used to it and starting to believe it. I’ve got 25lbs to go until I hit my goal which I want to do by my anniversary date of 12/30.
