Topic: My date is 12/29...on liquid diet now.
Just wanted to say that my date is Monday December 29 at 9am at Baylor in Plano, TX. I'm so excited, but kind of scared a bit. I'm on the 2 week liquid diet of Slim Fst 5x a day with 5 oz of meat. It's going good. Just kind of scared.

I can't think of a better place to spend Christmas! LoL! It's worth it, trust me!!! You guys are both gonna do GREAT!!!! You should wake up Christmas morning feeling MUCH better than you did the two days prior....trust me. The first couple of days are pretty darn sucky, no way to sugar coat it. But then, from day three on...each day gets better and better!
Best of luck to you both!

Wow, what a day you had!! I just want to know that I am thinking of you and also praying for a successful surgery and speedy recovery. I go in the day after you and can relate on the nerves and all these emotions I never thought I had. I also had a "last meal" and I swear it was the best meal ever. I had ribs and potatoe skins mmmmmmmm anyway lol....I cannot wait to share our experiences.

Hi Kristi,
My name is Peg and I live in NY. I am a new member. I had my RNY on 12/9 also. I am home and still feeling tired. I was hoping to chat with someone whom is on the same time frame so we can track our progress. I feel normal except the fatigue. You? I'm one of those lucky gals whose hubby can eat 3x the amt I do and not gain an oz. I can also drink mouthfuls as I feel dehydrated. I am feeling a bit of incisional discomfort but not too bad. Still waiting for a normal BM. How are you feeling?
