I want to thank you so much for your thoughts, i want to let you know that Scott is doing well and getting strong. He had a mild heart attack and the dr told him to consider it a warning and to change his life style

hi Rob, thanks for thinking of us. he is doing great the dr told him to consider it a severe warning and to change his ways so I hope he listens he has 2 babies to think of and I think it probably will it scared him a lot !!! thanks again

hi JJ, thanks so much for the prayers, he is doing just fine now,the cardioligist told him to consider this a major warning and to change hi life style and lose some weight and to start now so....thank god!!!

I am on Urso, which I'm told is about $20 cheaper than the Actigall if you don't have Rx coverage. I keep forgetting to take mine though!! I'm not used to this medicine stuff. Or.. maybe it's selective memory since I have to cru**** and it totally tastes disgusting! lol

Ya.. ever since the potato soup incident I can't stomach even the THOUGHT of a shake! OMG Gag!! EEEWWW I'm doing a little better with the purees because chicken and tuna seem to be pretty high in protein. I get about 13 grams from the chicken puree thing I make and about 11 grams from the tuna. Add in milk and whatnot and I do okay. But.. still need to do better!
