I am Normal...I have reached a NORMAL BMI of 24.9 from 39.7! From a size 20-22 to a 3-4! All in less than a year. I will be having open hernia repair from complications from the sleeve; I had a leak. I will also be getting a tummy tuck while I am in surgery. Please keep me in prayer on December 14th and for my recovery. I am nervous after having such complications with the original surgery. Enjoy the Christmas Season.

I'm a slow loser, and I'm fighting to keep it together because SF icecream can be the devil just like the full sugar kind...

I lost about 90 since surgery so far.  I still have quite a way to go.  I feel a little better knowing I'm no alone in my slow journey.  I had just hoped I would already be at goal by now since my surgeon thought I would lose 100 pounds by the 6 month mark.  It's almost a year now and I'm not there yet, but I am not giving up.  This is the first time I've been in onderland since I was about 23 and I'll be 45 the 20th of December. 

Keep fighting the good fight. 

does anyone know of a support group in northern fl?? i recently moved from michigan & have no idea where  to  turn, also anyone need a freind in gainsville/ chiefland area? i dont know anyone except parents. any info would be great & would love some freind requests in my newfound state!! thanx
