Sounds like a good idea, If I can figure out how to do this. I have before and after pics I want to put up. Photobucket and my illiterate computer skills don't match.

Just checked out your blog. All I can say is WOW!. You should be proud of what you have done. I know what you mean about not making goal. I am year on the 18th and aboout 10-15 pounds shy of goal. I have myself to blame for that one. Can't lose it if I don't exercise.

Happy December Anniversary!!!!

I can't believe it has been a year since surgery. Still the BEST decision I ever made. My journey has been great. I am down 120lbs and still losing. I'd like to lose 25 more. I have a feeling these last 25 will be the most difficult.......but that's OK.

How is every else doing?????

No ma'am missed it by 4 lbs...but I'm not depressed like I thought I'd be...I saw dir today and he said I was fine and he was proud of my progress...and don't try to get too small and to eat!!! I do but not enough protein.
