I'm exhausted too. I'm 7wks and always take my vitamins.  Protein is a struggle right now because i simply don't have the energy to eat most days.

My books says we can have toast, rice and pasta. I have only had toast and a few crackers.
i say to each his/her own.  This is a journey to be taken at your own pace.  I personally couldn't have this surgery in good faith knowing that those things are out of the question. I don't eat them daily, but if I want a piece of toast with peanut butter, I do.  If that mean that I don't get to 120lbs then so be it.  I wasn't trying to get there anyway.  I want to be healthy and for me, healthy includes a wide variety of foods.
Each plan is different, each surgeon is different.  If your surgeon's plan says no, then don't have it.  I would never look down on what someone eats( not to say that you have done this) because everyone is different.  My trigger foods may not be your trigger foods.  Everyone has a choice to make for themselves.  Well that just my opinion.

Topic: RE: Help I hate eating
I know exactly how you feel.  many days I simply don't remember to eat and when i do I don't feel like playing catch up with food or protien.  I usually eat a 1/2to 3/4c of Special K protein cereal and string cheese.  Today this was what I had, along with water.
All food taste like blah to me and I don't have the mental energy to get creative right now.  I don't have an eating schedule because of my job and the weekends are worse.  Plus it seems like everything gives me gas and I am just plain sick of ground turkey, chicken and fish.

I know its just a phase, so I plan on riding it out untilit gets better.  Just know you aren't the only one.

I am still completely exhausted. It is bad because I get rest on the weekends but the further out in the week it is the more tired I am, so I end up having to leave work early. I think they are starting to think i just want to leave early on thursdays and fridays.

I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.
