How often should you weigh?
I too weigh myself daily...I don't want any surprises come my weekly weigh day when I log my weight change with the exception of less pounds. I hear people on here saying all the time stay away from the scale...but I would probably loose my mind...I did loose my mind when I was out of town for 3 weeks with a long period of no scale...or NOT MY SCALE I don't believe anyones' but my own. So you no I'm just a bit neurotic about it.
I am 50/50...I normally weigh in once or twice per week but once a week is better for me...I guess it depends...Once at goal I can see myself weighing in every morning...I would suggest twice per week for now.
