Food Problems

Hi to all my fellow December friends! 
Is anyone else still having trouble eating?  I can only eat a bite or two of anything without throwing up.  I am able to drink protein shakes, eat a few nuts, perhaps a piece of string cheese.  I can usually eat a whole container of yogurt.  It seemed like I could eat more at 3 or 4 monthes out than I can eat now.  While I am thrilled with my weight loss, I am starting to worry about loosing too much weight.  (Never in my life thought I would say that!!!!)  If I never had to eat I would be happy.  Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Sometimes it depends on the day for me. At times, after 2-3 bites of something I am satisfied, and don't need to eat anything else for awhile, but then other days (esp on workout days) I have a raging appetite. Do you track your food intake? I use Sparkpeople.com to track food, which tallies everything like carbs, protein, fat, etc. Using the daily tracker helps me know if I am meting the goals my NUT set for me nutritionally. How's your energy level? I'd say that if your surgeon isn't concerned about your loss at this point, if your labs are fine, and you have good energy levels, I wouldn't worry about it. Best to check it out with your medical provider though. Keep us posted!
