I know what you mean about eating, the hiar loss and the stalls. My eating is not the best these days, working to much and doing a lot of meals on the go, not able to get the proper exercise. haven't lost a lot of weight in the past month. I am trying not to get to discouraged bvy that. I have some plans and ideas, but I can't seam to get a plan that comes togetherso we will see how that goes.
Keep up the good work and we will get thru this together.

stalls? hair loss?? i can relate for sure, i dont weigh myself but 1x a month due to the stalls getting me down it will get over mine seem to come often but i have noticed in my clothes that it is moving down. grest job on the 100+ lbs all is going well you are doing great just think of it like this, ; a stall is giving your body time to tone as far as loose skin goes......... hope this helps
I can relate to what you've been through, too. I'm glad to see that my hair loss has slowed down- it seemed to peak right around 4 months. I didn't do anything different, just tried to stay in game with my vitamins and protein. I can eat more too- 4-6oz over a 30 minute meal period. I'm still very careful about measuring everything, and being mindful of not taking too much or eating beyond satiety.
The stalls are killer! I like to weigh in regularly and I've noticed that a change in rigorous cardio usually breaks a stall for me. For months I was doing Zumba (think Latin dance aerobics), felt my body plateau, so I moved on to running, and now I am training for a triathalon so swimming, biking, and running are in my game plan for cardio over the next few months (and maybe more!). I like working towards a big goal so there's no reason to lose the motivation to continue the routine (aside from the motivation of a hot body LOL).
You can do it! This board is just great for giving us all the kick in the pants we need... hope you are back on track... and don't forget tocelebrate your accomplishments thus far!

I had a month stall and then one week I lost 5 and the next week lost 6. Or something like that - I don't really weigh myself weekly - I usually try to go over a week because the stalls are demoralizing! I love to see that scale go down - watching it go up and down and pound or two is the pits!
I have lost a lot of hair too, but it's worth it. And I can eat way more - especially things that pulverize by chewing into a liquid - like salad and other watery things. But meats are still pretty much 3 to 4 ounces at the most - they're so dense they stay in my stomach a long time.
Don't feel like you're alone on those stalls - i felt the same way you do - I was afraid my weight loss was coming to an end because it didn't move for a month - then all of a sudden it started going down again! I did take a closer look at what I was eating and how much when i got to the stalls - I cut out the grape and orange juice and made sure i wasn't eating so many carbs. I also started doing the protein shakes again. All of that helped, plus my body probably needed some time to stabilize again.
Good luck - I hope you're encouraged by everyone - I sure am!

Congratulations on your 106 weight loss since 12/22. I have loss that much too! I have also been able to eat more and that scared me a bit at first because I thought it might cause me to gain weight.
I don't weight myself but once a week or every two weeks and I don't consider that weight the "official weight" until I go to the surgeon for my weigh-ins. I was going every month since I had surgery but now I am up to every two months so I will see what I will do for the next two months. I also learned that you need to take your vitatmins and supplements especially your proteins. You need to get them.
The hair loss is one symptoms of not getting enough of your vitamins and protein supplements. If you keep slacking on those things, you will eventually have more problems that do not usually show up as fast as the hair loss.
I had a stall, sort of, but I made it up later so I have been averaging 10-12 pounds a month. Remember the weight loss comes off quickly but it did not come on as quick so it will all take time. The surgery is only a tool and if you use it correctly it will work for you. You get out what you put in to it.
I think you are progressing fine, remember the closer you get to your goal weight the harder it will be to lose. Keep on pushing and get those vitamins and proteins in daily. Exercise helps as well. You go Girl. I will be right with you!
