*How much weight have you lost since surgery? 92 pounds
*Have you hit any stalls this far out? How long did it last? I really haven't stalled much, instead my loss seems to slow down but I still lose and then one week out of the month I
have alot of pounds drop. I guess I can't complain because I am still losing either way and it still averages out to a decent # for the month.
*Do you exercise if so how often? I do Zumba &Yoga 3x a week (back to back class), fast walk/jog 3-6 miles 5X a week, and lift weights 3X a week. I also do the Billy Blank Bootcamp dvd's or Shimmy from Fit tv if I miss a class.
