Frustrated
I have been having 2 week stalls since the third month. In the beginning it bothered me alot but now I realize that it is just me. I definitely increase my fluid intake when this happens and I increase my protein a little bit and try to change my menu. This usually works by "shocking" my system back to reality. But the days of me having a 5 pound weight loss a week have ended. I average about 2 pounds a week and then have a 2 week stall. My nut says it is how I am.
So I understand how you feel cause even though I knew it happened to everyone, I didn't want it to happen to me! It will be ok. Good luck.

I think we all have stalls. I started getting mine in the second month! I went nuts. I now am used to it. I was just in a 2 week stall myself. Lost nothing. I only lose about 2 lbs a week myself. I might lose a bit more coming off a stall but not regularly. It seems like I could lose weight faster before my procedure but it sure wasn't as steady as this. I will be 5 months on the 22nd. It is fast approaching. I did want to be a bit farther out but I am happy I suppose. You haven't said what you have lost so far but I bet it has made a big difference so far in your life. Keep up the good work and hang in there.
We had our surgery just a day apart. I understand your frustration, I too have been at a stall for a couple of weeks. I have lost about 80 lbs and I see that you have lost 93 lbs. Yeah for us! These stall seem to be a regular thing for me each month so I am use to them, The wt will start moving down again soon, just be patient. I know that I have not been drinking all of my water and so I will start doing that again and see if it helps. Good luck on your stall and remember, you're doing something right, 93 lbs. Hugs~Donna
