December Buddies 5 month anniversary

Well it's 5 months today....and I am down 76 since surgery and 89 since Nov.  I am 62% if the way to goal....That feels awesome.

I just upload a pic of my family (mom, dad, brothers) we had taken and it is such a reminder to me as to why I need to make a TOTAL LIFE CHANGE now in my life.  Weight is a Family Issue.

You're doing great Marcia! Doesn't it feel good to be over 1/2 way to your goal?

It will be 5 months tomorrow and I am down 88 lbs. I am feeling wonderful! I am actually wearing a size 12/14 , life is good!

My surgery was Dec. 9 too. Saw my surgeon today for a checkup. No more diabetes, normal cholesterol, no complications or problems thus far. Total weight loss---100 LBS!!! I will be posting new photos soon. This surgery has surpassed my wildest dreams-for once I have hope for the future. Way to go, all you December "losers!" Keep up the excellent work!
