Half way there

Went for my 3 month delayed check up. I am 287.5 which makes me half way to losing 140 lbs.

Everything is going good with the blood work. I don't have to take the Pepcid anymore, unless I get reflux back.

Hope all is well with everybody.

Congratulations on getting 1/2 way there, that's awesome.  Makes getting to the end seem not quite so far off, don't you think?  It will be so nice to see the pounds lost on my ticker exceed the number of pounds to go.

It didn't compute until I took out ye olde calculator. that was an eye opener to say the least.

Hey Tom! Sounds like all is going great for you. That is fantastic. I have 8 lbs until I am half way there. I never really thought of it that way. Now I have a goal for sure. I was at the gym today AGAIN. Last week was not so great. I only made 3 days but I was sick. The week before I did 5 days. I am aiming for 5 again this week. We do different body parts daily so we are okay going day after day. I also do the cardio daily. You were my inspiration in the beginning. I couldn't believe how soon you were at the gyn working out with the trainer. It made me feel like a slacker and I got the urge. I thank you for that. Now I have to get to 1/2 too because you did. I am competitive too. heh heh

It is not exactly as rosie as it sounds. But you maybe able to help me correct that. I too am somewhat competitive, and I will be a monkey's uncle if I am going to let a woman beat me to goal.lol Heck NO!!!

I think you may be over qualified for this. You exercise fantatic.. exercising 7 days a week.

I can see we all have about 60-70 pounds to goal. some more some less.

got an idea based on our 6 month check ups which should all be in the june time frame.

I think it should be based on the amount of weight we lose until then.

this is just a suggestion. if anybody has another idea let me know.
