Hey everyone just had to share a wow moment for myself this week !!! I hit 199.2 this week and I am so thrilled to be a a number I have not seen for years along with my diabetes being a normal level and my blood pressure being at a nice 124/64 this past couple of weeks and my cholesterol being at a nice 150 !!! just had to share
