90 Day check in, Where you at?
I have lost 57 lbs since surgery with a total of 77 lbs all together. I am off my bp meds with a bp of 124/70. I will have my labs done in May but so far everything is great. I work out 4 to 5 times a week with cardio followed by weight training. I need to do better with my protein. I get 42 gms from my shake and then whatever with what food I get in. I also don't drink enough. I have to up my water intake. I get about 32 oz a day if I am lucky. I think writing this is a wake up call for me. I must do better.
I had my surgery on Dec 2...4 Months out today and so far I have lost 71 pounds and only 39 from my goal weight. However I am stuck it seems like...I have found that working out isn't as easy to stay on top of anymore and I am just a little scared that I will end up gaining and going through all of this for nothing...Then again just when I really start to get scared the scales seems to drop a little ...
