i am losing A LOT of hair too! It sucks! they are comiing out in bunches now and i already have thin hair to begin with..when does all of this stop??

I have noticed that when I hit 3 months mine really started to come out when I would shower...gel or even brush my hair. I have thick hair...for now... and I have been trying to figure out what I need to do to keep it all from coming out..
