I don't Dump and wish I did

Crazy as it sounds I so wish I would dump.  I don't think I do.  I haven't really tested it out but things like sauces and granola bars don't set me off in any way.  I am bummed that I don't have this tool to help me as I was assured that most people dump after WLS.  Do I have any fellow non-dumpers out there?  I

Me either. The other day I ate TWO girl scout cookies...more out of curiosity about dumping than anything...absolutely nothing and the sugar content in those things are INSANE lol. Nothing that I have ate...good or bad, has made me even sort of sick. I'm kind of with you though, I wish I had this tool to tell me when I was screwing up. I don't even really ever feel the full feeling either. This surgery has def. not been what I thought it would be.

If I may put my 0.02$ in.

I have done it, not from sugar but simple carbs. It is not fun and I can't figure out why it hppened.

I didn't overeat, the coated chicken was cooked and I ate slow small pieces. .

The times I have had some, but not much other simple carbs, like a couple of nilla wafers.... nuttin happens.   go figure

I didn't think I dumped either.  But I started paying attention to my body and I realized that I may not spew like some do, I do get really tired and nauseated.  It makes me feel bad.  It takes a little more sugar then I thought it would.  But I can have some.  I just know that I don't like that feeling and I do everything I can to avoid it.

When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, "I used everything you gave me." Erma Bombeck

I don't think I dump either. I've drank juices with 20+ grams of sugar per serving, and even eaten a Clif bar without an issue. Are there particular things people tend to dump on?

Yep, I'm a dumper and it is NOT a pleasant experience. I have dumped on SF pudding, Carnation Instant Breakfast, 2% milk, Schwans No Sugar Added Chocolate Fudgesicles. I know there are more things but these are the things sticking out in my mind.
Wanna test it, try some whole milk.. betcha dump.

Whole milk to me would be like drinking chocolate syrup out of the bottle. very thick and so sickly sweet. I haven/t had whole milk in 19 years or so.lol  I couldn't even imagine.

JJ are u dumping on the artificial sweetners?

Honestly, I don't know! One of my 1st dumps was with tomato soup and 2% milk. The next was when I was trying to double up protein and mixed 2 packets NSA CIB in with 1 1/2 cups skim milk.. BAD!
All I know for sure is that the past experiences and fear are keeping me in line pretty good. Too afraid to try bad stuff.

i dont know if it is dumping...as much as it may be that you just may not be able to handle lactose

It can't be the lactose because I can have it with cereal and other things. Just seems I dump on many things.. but also .
