Ok now I'm pissed
Thanks for letting me know what you're doing. I think it would be good for me to start adding more protein shakes. I only have one a day, I know adding that will give me a nice boost. Also, I've only been walking 15-20 minutes a day. I know I need to increase that, but it's tough. :-)

Kristy,
I truly believe that protein shakes and liquid are the key. Try it for a week and see if you notice a difference. I bet you will.
I agree sometimes it is hard to be motivated to exercise, I started out doing 15-20 minutes but as the weight has come off it has been easier to do more. My NUT said just increase it by 5 minutes at a time. Over time you will be up to doing more.
What is an average day for you now with protein and foods?

I've been really good about tracking my food on www.dailyplate.com , and come up with an average of 800 calories a day and 60 protein. My days really fluctuate though, some days 600, some 1000. I think I will try to be dilagent about protein amounts for one week and see what happens.
