Gained weight
From what I read and have been seeing on the board is that you lose a lot of water in the beginning. Your body stablizes(stall) you may gain a couple of pounds(water weight) before you start to lose again. I'm no scientist but the explanation has been explained better in some recent post on the RNY forum.
Also I know that when I have too much salt, I blow up like a balloon. How long do you have to be on liquids for? Also I bloat really bad when its that time of the month.

now that i think about it, it was the start of the my aunt flowing coming to visit more like bother the hell out of me. TMI I am sure buthave you noticed your periods are horrible. I mean worse than before heavy and just hell. I have been on liquids bc I have an ulcer and my stomach hates me right now, so I try not to **** it off.
I hit a stall for about 2 weeks I would loss2 gain 3. I was about to panick then all of a sudden I am losing again. So when I think about it since 12/8 I have lost a total of 40lbs, not bad for 2 months I'll take it. And then I am realizing this is a tool so they work outs and eating correctly are a must. So I think we appreciate it better as we work for it.
yeah..I was stalled for like 2 weeeks...thennot for a week and then stalled again for a week and a half..now that I am forcing myself to eat a little more I am actually loosing...I think my body was not getting enough calories or nutrients...when I started working out I gained back like 5lbs...I was told by a million people oh well its just muscle...I was so sick of hearing it i just stopped telling people..lol....Sorry for your 2 lb gain...i know how discouraging it can be...I think it could be water retention too...not sure though...

I honestly think that I haven't been getting enough protein, calories or water in. Some days I do really good on one of those things but never all together. And around TOM, I get really munchy so I manage to eat a lot more. But after, i am back to eating maybe breakfast and dinner or maybe dinner and a protein shake. And water is still a challenge. I sometimes manage 5cups. Today I'm at 5 but I got a lot more protein than I usually get.
