Help I hate eating
I know exactly how you feel. many days I simply don't remember to eat and when i do I don't feel like playing catch up with food or protien. I usually eat a 1/2to 3/4c of Special K protein cereal and string cheese. Today this was what I had, along with water.
All food taste like blah to me and I don't have the mental energy to get creative right now. I don't have an eating schedule because of my job and the weekends are worse. Plus it seems like everything gives me gas and I am just plain sick of ground turkey, chicken and fish.
I know its just a phase, so I plan on riding it out untilit gets better. Just know you aren't the only one.

I'm almost 2 months out and still havng issues finding things that don't make me sick. Seems like all my stomach wants is still a soft food diet. Depressing is spending time making a new recipe (dh helped, but it took 1/2 hour to make and that's a lot on the weeknight when family is just having pizza), only to get sick on it and be throwing up for the next 2 hours. That's depressing. It was fish too, which I have usually been OK with.
Good luck, and listen to your body, not just your doctor.

Dear Pearl,
I do well with light and fit carb control yogurt, Amy's lowfat soups, protein drinks (Biochem and Isopure). Tuna with finely chopped celery and a little light salad dressing is good, too. Baked fish with a little sauce is good. Then there is chicken which feels so heavy... It needs to be moist so again, a sauce is required. Shrimp with ****tail sauce is good, too.
I really craved vegetables, so started juicing leaf lettuce and carrots for one glass per day. I know it's carbs, but it's loaded with vitamins and fiber (I use a Vitamix.)
There are some cookbooks out there. I bought mine on ebay.
