I finally feel normal
Sandra, I think you and I are surgery twins. Nothing makes me dump. If I eat too fast I get a little pain and waiting a few minutes makes it stop. I had food stuck twice in one day and did vomit. I felt better after, except my throat was irritated. I am not on the tm daily, so I don't know about the thirst issue. I am only doing 1/2 mile at a time. I start at 2 mph, work up to just over 3 and slow back down for the last bit again. I have short legs, so that can be a run for me . After three weeks of not seeing the scale move except up a bit, I finally lost 6 pounds in this past week. I am finally happy I did this and think it did really work. Last week I only climbed on the tm once, so this week my goal is twice. Don't like to set myself up for failure or anything.
Yesterday I used some of the machines at the gym along with some free weights. I was supposed to go to the gym today but I will have to go tonight. I have to take my son to an appt.
I hadn't seen the scale move either for a bit. I got on last Thurs and then again Mon. The difference was 4 lbs. That was good to see. Good luck with your loss.

I think i had something stuck very early on. It was a piece of shrimp and it felt like it was pressure in my chest .It passed in a few minutes. I think i ate too fast so i learned real quick to slow myself down lol. I kept pacing back and forth trying to walk it out lol.It was definitely different enough for me to know i don't want that again. You are so right when something doesn't sit right you definitely don't want to eat. I don't dump either and im actully happy cause i never intended not to be able to enjoy the foods i like i just needed portion control. I hope you are feeling better. It does get easier everyday as we go.
