I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your replies on my other posts. I start replying back and I get tired...so I'm taking the lazy way out...But it doesn't mean I'm not thankful and that I'm not thinking of all of you! Muahhhh!

I agree about the timing...I just hope all of this comes together soon!  I feel fine, and things are going quite well...I'm just real tired..lol.  Thank you..how are you??

I got yer cookie.  It's sugarfree, made with that fake c hocolate stuff and artificial carbs!  Just what you've always wanted, eh??  AAAAAHAHAHHAHA  Aren't you glad you met me now?? LMAO

Seriously.. you don't want a cookie.  You just "think" you want a cookie.  It's a jedi mind trick! 

In the meantime, I'm using the force to banish the thought of bad carbs and sugar from your mind!

HA!   Now that's funny!  HOWEVER....I needed the force..thanks for that!   I'm actually doing pretty well with food.  I'm getting about 20-24 grams from food now, so I'm only down to two nasty disgusting vile shakes a day!  YEA!   SO how are you doing with things?

I started the shakes about 3 - 4 weeks before surgery and I never minded them. This week that changed and I can't stand them. I have been on soft foods since after the first week. Protein bars aren't the tastiest things ever, but its nice to have alternatives.
Glad you are doing better now.

 I have not tried any protein bars yet, and I will do anything to avoid them..lol.  I ordered unflavored protein and I add crystal light...its not as bad as it sounds, and its easier to take...Im finding other ways to spice up the shakes too...I found no sugar added nes quick and it helps!

Ya.. ever since the potato soup incident I can't stomach even the THOUGHT of a shake!  OMG Gag!!  EEEWWW  I'm doing a little better with the purees because chicken and tuna seem to be pretty high in protein.  I get about 13 grams from the chicken puree thing I make and about 11 grams from the tuna.  Add in milk and whatnot and I do okay.  But.. still need to do better!

How are you feeling?  You stil having AM tummy aches?
