How long before you can exercise again??
I am in the same boat, I am waiting to get the Okay for more.. Right now I am just walking, treadmill the last two days since it has been so cold but I can't wait to start working out.
I see mine on Monday as well and hope I get the ok to do more... Would love to start on the crunches and situps to work on the belly skin!! :)

I went back last Wednesday. she said nothing over 20lbs for the next two weeks and then increase to 30 after that.
I was working with a pt yesterday. Worked upper body and did some lower back stuff.
But she let me go to the gym the day I walked out of the hosp. And said very authoratively(sp) Don't over do it!. So I took her avice, kinda. I waited several days before I over did it.
Listen to what ur body is telling you and don't over do it.

I was in the gym as soon as I got released from the hospital. I do 1.5 miles of walking on the treadmill between 2.5-3.5 mph. I go on the 13th this month and am going to ask when I can start doing weights because I am dying to get into good shape.
Check with your doctor's office to be sure when and what kind of exercises to start.
