My biggest challenge is getting in enough liquids.  I really stink at that.

I have the opposite problem with eating.  I eat too slow.  I have started timing my meals and saying that whatever I didn't eat at the end of 30 minutes doesn't get eaten.  My food is always cold by the time I fini****

Not really a challenge like you guys are thinking about it though, is that i NEVER feel good or satisified/happy after eating.  I always feel like garbage, no matter what I eat.  Getting used to that is a challenge for me.

This is a lot like how I feel.  I am having a hard time getting liquids in and I always ate slow and when you put a slow eater together with small portions, you end up with a whole lot of nothing...

I am hoping as we move to higher stages, I can have more familiar foods and drinks and maybe that will help things.

Anything that we have to work hard to overcome is considered a challenge!

What do you mean by "feel like garbage after eating"?  I assume you mean physically ill (not like I feel like garbage when I see myself naked in a mirror).

I have been very Blah and depressed and disconnected.
I haven't lost one single pound in over two weeks.
I can't get my butt out of the house to walk.
I'm having trouble remembering to keep drinking water.
I'm stuck in a funk!

Wish I knew what my problem was cause I'm usually alot stronger then this.

I feel like I am stuck in a rut too.  I lost 24 pounds in the first two weeks and then nothing much since.

I am not having trouble getting the liquids in .. I do forget to sip and I gulp and then pay for it.  I am having trouble with the protien part.  Just can't seem to stomach those protein shakes.
I tried adding protien to my cottage cheese.. gross (don't try it).
So I am working on getting my protien in.
I guess I am just confused as to what I am supposed to be eating.  I have my list from the surgeon/nut but it is already old (only a week out!) lol
I am experimenting and each day it seems a bit easier.
Slowing down the eating .. yeah working on that too!
So much to get used to but WELL worth it in the end!

My biggest challenges:

1. Not getting enough liquids in (I forget)

2. Already eating and supposed to be on mushy foods

3. Trying to fit in walking but not having time in the morning or in the evening to do it

4. Not having someone to encourage me daily to keep me going and keep me on track

My BIGGEST problem.........

5. Not eating everything on my plate.  I feel like I am wasting food and that is REALLY hard for me right now.
