Welcome back home!

Tired is very common, and you'll get a little better every day.  Just remember:  walk walk walk... and sip sip sip!

Welcome to the loser's bench....

Sorry I have not been online...moved and have been busy and sore! I am sooo happy for you. Tired is common, but you do have to walk, even if it is only to your front door and back as often as you can. Soon you will have more energy than you have had in a long time and will want to do everything. I am glad your surgery was uneventful..that is GREAT! Just follow your doctor's orders and watch the weight fall off. Make sure to stay hydrated....keep me posted on your progress and I am here if I can help in any way.

Peace and blessings to you in the New Year!!!!

YES WE CAN!
I will never consider myself a failure...unless I stop trying.
If you fall 7 times; make sure you get up 8 !

Remember to get in as many sips as possible. also make sure you walk walk and walk some more and pass gas while you're walking. ha ha. Keep us posted on your progress. Look forward to the day when you can honestly call yourself a loser.
