Merry Christmas Lisa,
I am doing pretty good thanks. Eating some mushy food, sippin, sippin, sippin my water. I have lost 13 lbs, 21 if you count the 8 lbs from surgery.

Glad to see you are back! I was starting to wonder if I needed to worry! Our new lives are ahead of us. We'll get through this minor hump and be truly healthy from here on out! Merry Christmas to you and a very Happy New Year as well! Julie

I was thinking about you on my birthday having your surgery. Very glad you are on the bench with me, it will be nice when we get everyone else here with us.

I promise to sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk if you do too!!! Happy birthday a little late, by the way. I'll be honest... I can't claim to have thought of anything other than my surgery that day. I am doing good. Out walking around town.  Got to  take my new granddaughter to the fire department today and walked home from there. It was fun pushing a stroller again. Haven't done that in about 13 years.
