your emotions are completley normal...you are making a huge decsion that will change your life forever but its going to change your life for the better because your health will improve. you have come a long way and its time to finally stop obesity dead in its tracks..hope all goes well for ya

Seems I'm among good company here...my lap band surgery is the day after Xmas. So I say congrats to all of us who decided to do this during the most difficult month and stay away from all that fattening holiday food!
I'm also nervous and excited at the same time and can't wait to have it behind me and can't wait to see less of my behind as well!
It has been tough being on this liquid diet. Just got back from the grocery store and I have liquid drinks and soups and protein drinks/powder enough to last the next two weeks.
With so many people understanding the fat issue and being brave enough to have surgery, we're off to a healthier and happier new year!
