Yep, I was feeling so good that the hubby and I went to walmart last night, because I had last minute things to buy for some gift bags, and now i am hurting so much. Let alone until yesterday I also didn't have to deal with my kids, because I was staying at my dad and stepmoms house. Now my husband is at work and I have to deal with the kids.

So for all those other post-opers, when did your pain go away? I really would love to get back to some sort of a normal life. I miss being able to pick up my boys and cuddling them, and I can't stand to see the house such a mess!

I still have pain, especially if I walk around the mall or someplace like that.  I faithfully take my meds.  But each days I use less and less and increase the time inbetween doses.
I sitll feel like I just had surgery.

I feel like a wimp. I had two c-sections and was getting around better after those than I am right now... although my Dr's nurse just called me back and said if it helps than i can put on my spanx. When I put pressure to the incisions with my hand it helps maybe the spanx will too.

I had surgery on the 15th and I took my last pain med's on Friday morning (5 days out); there was a little discomfort on Saturday but the medicine made me feel sick so I scrapped that.  I was up and about quite a bit today and I feel great.  Everyone is different, you speak of 2 c-sections, I had my twins by c-section and I thought I would die for about 2 weeks.  The spanx do work, I wore the high waist ones today, be careful when you take them off though.  I have long nails and scratched one of my incisions by mistake.

Oh trust me it did suck... I put them on and then took them straight off... I think it made it worse. Ahh.... Once i am out of pain I will go for the spanx again - definately not until then. We're lucky I even put on jeans today, granted had to make sure i wore a long enough shirt to cover the fact that they weren't sitting where they should be....

Ahh I hope the pain leaves soon.

I requested a binder while in the hospital and pretty much wore that for about 3 weeks. I was pretty sore for 2 1/2 weeks and then it got better. I slept in the recliner for about 3 weeks because I couldn't sleep on my sides.

I had rny on Dec. 9 and by the 3rd day out I was feeling very well-enough to do light housework and walk a mile each day. I have had no complications and am losing well. At two weeks out now, I feel awesome-no pain whatsoever. I am just going a bit stir crazy. I had lap rny.
