Surgery on monday 12/22

I'm so excited!!! . I've worked so hard. i have had stumbling blocks but here i am 48hrs away. I c an't even explain the feeling.

No need to explain - I KNOW exactly -- I'm also on Monday.  It was so weird going shopping yesterday for my clear liquids for the first week.  I'm so excited and looking forward to starting this journey.  The only thing I'm nervous about is the snowstorm and that the dr. might not make it to the hospital!!!

Your screenname caught my eye as I'm a science teacher and my surgery date is also on Monday.  I'm beyond nervous heading, again, back into the scared realm!  Here's wishing you great success with your surgery and will look for you late next week as we both recover!

My surgery is also scheduled for Monday the 22nd of December.

That is EXACTLY what my surgeon said to me when I told him the date I'd been scheduled.  I'm terrified, especially now that I have my show up and surgery time.  I KNOW this is the thing I need to do but I'm still scared.  I'm getting through with the help of this forum.  Who knew internet friends could be so incredibly helpful!!
