PRE-OPT TOMPRROW SURGERY THE 22ND

i am a nervous excited. i have been looking foward to this ever since may. i finaly found the right dr. and got approved. now i just have to hope my iron is up and they will give me the green light. the liqued is kicking my behind. i did have a slip last saturday but am trying my best to stay on track, i have to do this for my health.

you are making the best choice you could make. and you picked an EXCELLENT doctor...i love watching the davis doctors on big medicine :) and i know what you mean about the liquid diet..it really sucks but we gotta push through it. i hope all goes well with your upcoming surgery

My neice and I were just talking about having Dr Davis do our surgeries if we lived in Tx.  I know everything will go well for you.  He is a great Dr and seems to really care for his patients and that is important. It is absolutely normal and expected that you will be nervous.  This is a really big step you are taking.  I hope that your iron is such that you are able to have your procedure.

Like you said you have been waiting on this since may.  That is a long time. Do your best to stay on track.  You dont want anything at all to come in the way of you getting your procedure and your new adventure in life.

 Hey girl, there is no doubt that the liquids suck..lol.  I'm having my RNY the same day you are...5 days to go!   I have not been doing so well on the diet either, but I have lost 4 pounds..better than nothing!  Good luck on monday..keep me posted!

DOn't be nervous. Everything will be fine. You know I got your back and I will be right there waiting for you. Dr. Davis is great and can handle this. Remember, we are doing this together! I love you. Stick to the liquids!!!

I am having surgery on the 22nd as well.  Don't give in to temptation now.  It's only a few more days.  The liquid diet is to help you have a better, faster surgery. 

So hang in there!
