Hoping!!!

Good Morning All,
this is my first post here.....
i'm kinda at a loss almost, i'm one of those who
have to submit everything first before they will give me a date,

Dr Billy  (Ventura Calif) has all my pre-op and i'm HOPING the insurance company says YES!!
(would they really make me go through all that and then say NO????)

My next Appt is Dec 19th and if he gets a yes i'll have band surgery
before the end of the year (i'm already on the pre-op diet and all)

i hear the worst thing that will happen is i'll have to do a 6 month dr.s
supervised diet.....6 months ?? YIKES??...really ?
does the insurance company think after 35 years of obesity...6 more months
will do the trick?? really??

does everyone have to go through this ?

Yes, it is very common for insurance to require a 6-month supervised diet or the like... I had to do something a little similar. That is so good that you are going to have surgery by the end of the year- congrats! Keep us posted on how it goes!

I'm still hoping..................
i'm running out of the month of Dec!
I go to the Dr. tomorrow, i don't even know what the insurance is saying???

i'm so lost and with the holiday's i need to shop and get things ready if
i'm having the surgery in the next two weeks right?

i'm not whining, just frustrated i've been working toward a surgery
date since september..
